Fishing with Fried Fish



Captain William Pentel is a third generation Gulf Coast Floridian. He could swim before he could
walk and has been fishing since he could hold a pole. Someone who truly loves being on the
water everyday and wants to share the excitement with anybody else interested. Snorkeling in the
crystal clear waters of St. Joe Bay for Scallops, jumping giant Tarpon in the Gulf off Indian Pass
or light tackle fishing the flats for Trout and Redfish in St. Vincent Sound, he wants to take you
there. The “Fried Fish” is a 20’ center console powered by a 115 horsepower outboard. It’s wide
and beamy size has ample room and seating to take up to 4 anglers and has a custom T-top to
provide shade during the heat of the days. State of the art electronics including GPS, sonar and
VHF radio, and of course all Coast Guard approved safety equipment.
